Misnomer
Right now there’s a program on The Discovery Channel called The World’s Worst Drivers. I wonder, couldn’t they just call the program Women?

Well, if we are going to generalize about “bad drivers” we must also include the eldery, foreign people, mentally and physically handicapped, alcoholics, and people with road rage. Now, as a woman (and a feminist) who knows a great deal about human physiology and is currently planning to go to optometry school, I must comment on intolerant view on women drivers. Men and woman have evolved from caveman (cavepeople?) days with different attributes. Men, the hunters, have evolved to have better depth perception. Women, the gatherers, have evolved to have almost 180 degree peripheral vision. That is why women including myself stink at parallel parking and men always get caught checking out other women.

I was saying “HEEEeeeeyyy!!!”.. . then I remembered the 18 month period in my life where car problems were all I had.
It wasn’t that I was a bad driver.. simply that I got caught.
