The idea: using highway rumble strips to produce music!
Dude, it’s amazing! You’re driving along the highway, and along comes a sharp turn. Right before the sharp turn, naturally, there will be rumble strips to warn you about the turn, with the boring and monotone “rrrrr…. rrrrr… rrrrr” sound produced by your tires. Wouldn’t it be much more exciting if the rumble strips were modulated such that they’d produce a little melody? Or, better yet, they can “speak” a brief message like, “Warning!” or, “Toll booth ahead!” in a deep Darth Vader-like voice!
