What reality is it that you have come to mature into? Reality as you perceive it to be. I was not indoctrinated as a child. Instead, I was rebellious and wild. I did whatever I pleased and believed I had come to know reality. What I later found out was there existed a hole, just like in you, and this hole had to be filled. I tried to fill the hole with drugs, sex, music, friends, and even marriage. NOTHING that you substitute can fill that hole. Not science, mathematics, philosophy, not even religion. Only a relationship with the creator of the universe can ever fill that void. By the way, every mature believer in Christ has challenged the leaders of Christianity, and have experienced the fire of doubt. Genuine faith is not found in what others have told me, but what I have experienced God do in my life personally. Oh, you speak with such authority.
